Katie is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist specializing in bariatric surgery. Katie has been working with weight loss surgery patients since the start of her career in 2011.

She has worked with over 20 bariatric surgeons in New Jersey and New York. She is currently working for the Center for Advanced Bariatric Surgery at Mountainside Medical Center where she served as the Nutrition Coordinator for the past 6 years.

Katie works with an average of 100 patients per week and has helped thousands of patients to succeed after weight loss surgery. 

Katie obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Food Science with a concentration in Dietetics from Montclair State University in 2010.

She completed her dietetic internship at The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in May of 2011.

When Katie isn't helping the WLS community, she's playing with her two daughters, cooking up delicious food, or relaxing with her husband!
